The service demonstrated safe medicines management, strong multi-agency working, person-centred care planning, and effective leadership, with consistently positive feedback from relatives and healthcare professionals.

· Detailed risk assessments and protocols covering epilepsy, moving and handling, skin integrity, nutrition and physiotherapy
· Medicines administered safely with up-to-date records, body maps, and bespoke training for complex medication needs
· Effective multi-agency working with GPs and healthcare professionals, with positive feedback from four health professionals
· Bespoke training provided for complex health needs including epilepsy, basic sign language, physiotherapy and end of life care
