· Medicine administration records had no unexplained gaps and known allergies were documented; people confirmed timely medicine support.
· Sufficient staffing levels with effective recruitment including DBS checks; people reported staff were punctual and never missed calls.
· Staff induction based on the Care Certificate with ongoing training, supervision, and appraisal programmes in place.
· Care plans were person-centred, regularly reviewed, and developed with input from people and their relatives.
