Wigan Community Services (My Care My Home) was rated Good across all five key questions at its November 2021 inspection, with 49 people receiving personal care delivered safely, compassionately and in a personalised manner. Only minor gaps were identified — one communication care plan required more detail and some audits were temporarily incomplete due to staff redeployment during COVID-19 — both of which were being actively addressed.
