The service demonstrated safe medicines management, robust safeguarding practices, consistent staffing, and a positive person-centred culture underpinned by effective governance and quality assurance processes.

   • · People felt safe and comfortable with regular, consistent staff who knew them well and were kind and caring.

   • · Sufficient risk assessments in place, regularly reviewed, with clear guidance for staff on mitigating identified risks.
   • · Medicines managed safely with fully signed MARs and no gaps; clear care plan information accessible to staff.
