Date of assessment 12 September 2025 to 25 September 2025. 1st Homecare Solutions Limited is a domiciliary home care service providing personal and social care to people living in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where staff do support people with personal care, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of this assessment the service was supporting 70 people with the regulated activity of personal care. We looked at 9 quality statements under the key questions of Safe, Caring and Responsive and found that people were receiving outstanding care in some areas. Staff always treated people with kindness and empathy and understood the importance of supporting people to maintain their independence and dignity. The provider promoted staff well-being to enable them to always deliver person-centred care. They had cultivated a compassionate culture among their staff who were proud to work for the organisation. The provider ensured the safety of people and had clear policies and procedures in place to protect people from the risk of avoidable harm and abuse. They worked with people to identify, assess and mitigate risks prior to care commencing.
