Date of assessment: 2 September to 21 September 2025. The service is a care at home service, registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of assessment, the service was providing support for 5 people who received the regulated activity of personal care. This was the first assessment of the service. The managers and staff worked effectively together to deliver high quality, person-centred care to people. People were actively involved in planning and reviewing their care. Records were accurate and reflective of people’s needs and risks. Leadership and oversight of the service was effective. The provider sought feedback, learned lessons and made service improvements. Managers supported staff development and wellbeing. The culture of the service was open, honest and inclusive where everyone’s voice mattered and was heard.
