Aspect Domiciliary Care Ltd is a domiciliary care agency that provides personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of the inspection, 14 people were receiving support with personal care. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) only inspect where people receive personal care, this includes support with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. This inspection took place on 20 and 22 October 2025, when we visited the service’s office. During the inspection we assessed all the quality statements under the key questions of safe, effective caring, responsive and well led. Staff had the necessary skills and experience to provide care, and effective recruitment processes were in place. People had person-centred care plans and risk assessments that reflected their individual needs. Safeguarding procedures supported the service to share potential safeguarding concerns and understood by staff, who were confident that any concerns would be followed up the registered manager. Staff spoke positively about their work and felt supported by the registered manager and their colleagues. One staff member said, “We work together and support each other to make sure people get the best care.’’
