Forevermore Care, a supported living service for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and physical impairments, was rated Good across all five key questions at its first inspection in August 2022. The service demonstrated strong person-centred values, effective leadership, and positive outcomes for people, with only a minor gap identified in the medicines policy which was rectified during the inspection.
