· Robust infection control practices observed, including PPE use, equipment cleaning between patients, and regular legionella testing.
· High patient satisfaction: 81 patients rated the service as 'very good' and 4 as 'good' with no lower ratings recorded.
· Effective multidisciplinary working with local stakeholders, health and social care professionals, and commissioners.
