· 82% of care calls were delivered on time or within 15 minutes of planned time, with an electronic call monitoring system in place.
· Staff were recruited safely with full pre-employment checks including DBS, employment history, references and right-to-work verification.
· People's diverse needs were assessed and supported in line with the Equality Act, including age, gender, disability, sexuality and race.
