Woodleigh Healthcare (Surrey Branch) was rated Good overall following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-Led only, with Safe remaining Good but Well-Led declining to Requires Improvement due to audit systems failing to consistently identify medication record shortfalls and temperature monitoring gaps. The service demonstrated strong person-centred care, safe staffing and positive culture, but governance systems needed embedding to ensure identified issues were reliably detected and acted upon.
