   Spectrum Social Care Limited received an overall Good rating following a focused inspection of the Safe and Well-Led key questions, with the service supporting 3 people with learning disabilities and/or autism in their own homes. The only area for improvement was medicines record-keeping, where MAR charts were not always completed in line with best practice, prompting a recommendation to strengthen medicines audits and governance.
