· Consistent staffing team with contingency plans for short-notice absences; relatives noted limited staff changes.
· Robust medicines management including daily audits, unannounced competency checks, and prompt rectification of minor paperwork errors.
· Staff received thorough induction including e-learning, shadowing, and attainment of the Care Certificate during probation.
· People and relatives were fully involved in care planning and review meetings, with personalised care plans reflecting individual preferences and goals.
