· Medicines were managed safely with staff training, competency assessments, spot checks and regular audits of medicines administration records.
· Staff received good induction, training and regular supervision enabling them to carry out their roles effectively.
· People experienced consistent staffing, which improved over time and was highly valued by people and relatives.
· A digital records system via app gave real-time access to care plans and risk assessments and alerted management to missed visits.
