The Technology Centre, a supported living domiciliary care service for 18 people with learning disabilities and autism, was rated Outstanding overall with exceptional Responsive and Well-led ratings. Leadership embedded a strongly person-centred, empowering culture with robust governance, while Safe, Effective and Caring remained Good with no breaches identified.
