   LightBulb Bespoke Care improved from Requires Improvement to Good following a focused inspection of Safe, Effective and Well-led domains, having resolved previous breaches of Regulations 12, 17 and 18. The registered manager drove significant service improvements including robust risk assessment, medicines management, staff training and governance systems since taking post.
