Yourlife (Hunstanton) received a Good rating across all five key questions at its first inspection in May 2021, demonstrating safe, person-centred care with strong leadership from the estates manager. No significant failures were identified, with the service proactively developing action plans and audits to drive continuous improvement.
Strengths
· Staff understood safeguarding procedures and how to report concerns internally and externally
· Robust recruitment procedures including criminal record checks and references
· Staff received medication training with competency assessments and regular MAR audits
· People's needs were assessed prior to using the service with ongoing reviews involving the individual
