This focused inspection of Shri Hari Care Limited, prompted by a concern about recruitment checks, found the service rated Requires Improvement for safe due to a staff member having worked for over two months without completed pre-employment checks. Shri Hari Care Limited achieved a Good rating across all five key questions on its first CQC inspection in March 2020, with people and relatives consistently reporting safe, person-centred and responsive care. Minor issues were noted around notifying people of late staff arrivals and an inaccurate complaints procedure, both of which were promptly addressed.
