   Enabled Health Limited received a Good overall rating at its March 2023 inspection, with both Safe and Well-led key questions rated Good, maintaining its previous 2021 rating. The service demonstrated strong safeguarding practices, consistent staffing, effective governance, and a person-centred culture led by a knowledgeable registered manager.

   Strengths

   • · Staff knew people well and understood how to protect them from abuse, with effective multi-agency working
   • · Sufficient staffing levels with consistent care workers assigned to people and additional staff ready to deploy
   • · Safe medicines management processes in place with accurate MAR records maintained
   • · Strong infection prevention and control practices including PPE use and hand hygiene on arrival
   • · Effective governance with regular audits, spot checks and action taken where improvements were needed
