   This focused inspection of The Care Worker Agency, a domiciliary care agency supporting 42 people, found both the safe and well-led key questions rated Good, with no evidence of harm from the concerns that triggered the inspection. The service demonstrated strong safeguarding practices, safe medication management, effective governance, and an open, person-centred culture under a stable registered manager.

   Strengths

   • · Personalised risk assessments reviewed regularly, giving staff information needed to manage identified risks
   • · Electronic Call Monitoring system in place to ensure staff arrived at allotted calls on time
   • · Medication processes and systems were in place and people received their medications safely, including PRN plans
   • · Infection control procedures well managed; staff wore appropriate PPE and followed national COVID-19 guidance
   • · Open culture with registered manager and staff transparent with people and with CQC regarding incidents
