   Supported Living Staffordshire was rated Good overall following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-led domains on 9 November 2022, prompted by safeguarding concerns that were found to be appropriately managed. The service demonstrated robust governance, effective auditing, person-centred care planning, and a positive open culture supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.

   Strengths

   • · Robust safeguarding procedures in place with staff trained to recognise and report abuse
   • · Adequate staffing levels including 24-hour care with regular teams for consistency
   • · Safe medicines management with staff competency checks and clear 'as required' protocols
   • · STOMP principles considered for people prescribed 'as required' medicines
   • · Effective incident learning shared via newsletters, staff meetings and display boards
