   LAM Care 24 - Derby improved from Requires Improvement to Good following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-Led, having remediated a prior breach of Regulation 17 (Good Governance). The service demonstrated safe staffing, effective medicines management, strong person-centred culture and substantially improved quality monitoring systems.

   Strengths

   • · People and relatives reported feeling safe, with consistent and competent staff arriving on time
   • · Medicines administered in line with good practice; MAR charts confirmed medicines given as prescribed and staff competency checked
   • · Robust safeguarding policy in place with trained staff who understood reporting processes
   • · Significant improvement in governance since last inspection; regular audits covering medicines, attendance and call timeliness
   • · Person-centred culture with strong leadership; staff, people and relatives spoke highly of the provider
