· Staff received comprehensive induction, ongoing training and regular supervision, with positive feedback about management support and development opportunities.
· People were supported to make decisions in line with MCA principles; care plans used pictorial formats and communication tools to maximise individual choice.
· Strong community integration focus, with people supported to access local services, develop independence skills and reduce social isolation.
