Care Support MK Ltd, a domiciliary care agency supporting people with learning disabilities and autism, was rated Good overall following inspection on 20–21 April 2023, with both Safe and Well-led key questions rated Good. Minor recommendations were made regarding medicines recording practices and strengthening quality assurance audits, but no regulatory breaches were identified.
