HF Trust – Stroud DCA achieved an Outstanding overall rating at its first CQC inspection in October 2018, with Outstanding ratings for Caring and Responsive domains driven by its innovative 'fusion model', person-centred active support approach, and exceptional promotion of independence and relationships for 47 people with learning disabilities. A minor medicines recording issue was identified and promptly rectified on site, with no regulatory breaches recorded.
