Strengths
· Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding knowledge and robust recruitment processes including DBS checks were in place.
· People and relatives reported no missed or significantly late calls and felt safe with the service.
· Medicines were administered safely and as prescribed, with daily records maintained by staff.
· Staff induction was based on the Care Certificate with competency-assessed medicines training before administration.
· People were matched with staff from similar cultural backgrounds to meet religious and cultural needs.
