· Individual risk assessments completed prior to service commencement, covering environment, fire safety, moving and handling, and medicines.
· Robust recruitment process including DBS checks and minimum two professional references; good staff retention.
· Medicines administration training completed and competencies checked regularly, with a process for medication errors and shared learning.
· Accidents and incidents reviewed and monitored to identify trends and share learning with staff.
