This was the first inspection of Angel Healthcare Professionals Ltd since registration in November 2017; the service was too newly established (only three people using it for at most one month) to gather sufficient evidence to award ratings across any of the five key questions. Early indicators were broadly positive, with good safeguarding awareness, personalised care planning, and strong relative feedback, though formal quality audits had not yet been conducted.
