Livability North East was rated Good overall following an October–November 2023 inspection of the safe and well-led key questions only, with ratings for effective, caring and responsive carried forward from the 2018 inspection. The service demonstrated strong person-centred practice, safe medicines and recruitment systems, and effective leadership with no areas of concern identified.
