Strengths
· People were safeguarded effectively; staff demonstrated clear knowledge of abuse reporting and whistleblowing procedures.
· Medicines were managed safely with staff receiving training and competency checks before supporting people with medicines.
· Staff received role-specific training including autism and diabetes, and described supervision sessions as useful.
· People received personalised, responsive care with detailed support plans and one-page profiles.
· Quality assurance visits covered documentation, healthcare, medicines and support delivery with action plans for any issues.
