Dynamic People Homecare Services received an overall Good rating following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-Led domains on 19 July 2023, with ratings for Effective, Caring and Responsive carried forward from the previous Good inspection in April 2020. The service demonstrated safe, person-centred care underpinned by robust governance, consistent staffing, safe medicines management and a positive, inclusive organisational culture.
