   Fortis Care North London, a supported living service for people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health conditions, was rated Good overall in Safe, Effective and Well-led at this focused inspection. Care was person-centred and safely managed, though some restrictive practices lacked Court of Protection authorisation and staffing had been affected by pandemic-related shortages.
