Date of assessment: 9 to 13 February 2026. Caremark Hammersmith and Fulham is registered to provide personal care to adults and children living in their own homes. . Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC onlyinspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of our assessment, 4 children and 3 adults were receiving personal care and support from the agency. The last rating for this service was good (published 26 April 2018). This assessment was planned due to the length of time since our last rating. Following this assessment, the service remains good. Some people using the service had a learning disability. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed autistic people and people with a learning disability respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. We found the service was meeting the principles of Right support, right care, right culture. People were safely cared for. The provider worked with people and their families to plan care and identify risks. People were supported to try new things and be independent when this was safe for them to do so. There were enough staff. People were cared for by the same regular care workers. Staff were well trained and supported. They had the guidance and information they needed to provide good quality care. The provider responded well when things went wrong. Staff learnt from incidents. The provider responded to complaints and made improvements to the service because of these. Staff worked closely with other professionals to plan and monitor people’s care. They supported people with a range of different activities, healthcare needs and accessing other services. Staff supported people to make choices. They provided information in formats people could understand. People consented to their care and support. There were effective systems for monitoring and improving the quality of the service.
