   SQ Carers Ltd improved from Requires Improvement to Good at this focused inspection, addressing previous breaches in recruitment (Regulation 19) and governance (Regulation 17). Some relatives raised concerns about staff turnover and weekend continuity, but overall care was personalised, safe and well-led.
