Date of assessment 11 September 2025. Hawley House which is run by Simply Care (Worldwide) Limited is a domiciliary service providing personal care to 3 people living in their own homes. We have undertaken a comprehensive assessment which means we have reviewed all 33 quality statements. This was the first assessment for this service which had not previously been rated. Following this assessment we have rated the service as good. People’s care plans were well written with information about how to offer support people needed. Risk assessments highlighted areas where people needed additional support to keep them safe whilst enabling them to maintain their independence and learn new skills. People’s families told us the care their loved ones was good. People and their families were in control of funding their care. They were happy with the care their loved ones received and knew they could look elsewhere if they needed to but told us that they were happy with what they received. One family member told us, ‘I always feel reassured that [relative] is safe with the staff. Having financial control of [relative’s] care means we could remove the provider at any time we wish. I have had to deal with so many unreliable and uncaring care agencies until we found this one’. The staff we talked to were well established and understood the needs of the people they supported. Staff worked alongside family members to deliver the care and took on board fully what the person and their families needed and wanted. Staff felt training they received enabled them to meet the needs of people they supported. Staff felt supported by the registered manager and deputy managers and told us they could contact them for advice at any time. The provider had policies and practices in place that kept people safe and gave staff the latest, up to date guidance on how to do their jobs.
