   City Care Agency received a focused Good rating across the Safe and Well-Led key questions following concerns about recruitment, safeguarding reporting and missed calls, none of which were evidenced during inspection. Minor record-keeping inconsistencies and two medication record discrepancies were identified but addressed promptly, with the overall service demonstrating robust governance, positive culture and strong partnership working.
