Compassion Care Service Limited was rated Good overall following inspection of the Safe and Well-Led key questions, with the remaining three key questions carrying forward Good ratings from the previous 2018 inspection. Minor shortfalls in care plan detail, practical moving and handling training, and MCA documentation were identified but promptly addressed by the registered manager during the inspection.

Strengths
· People were protected from abuse and avoidable harm; staff were trained in safeguarding and knew how to recognise and report concerns.
· Consistent staffing with no late or missed calls reported; people received care from regular staff.
· Medicines were managed safely with care plans, risk assessments, and regular monitoring by the registered manager.
· Accidents and incidents were recorded, acted upon, and used for learning to reduce reoccurrence.
· Strong governance and quality assurance systems including spot checks, care call monitoring, audits, and 6-monthly surveys.
