   Unique Homecare Services Ltd achieved an overall Good rating at its October 2023 inspection, with staff providing compassionate, person-centred care supported by effective digital systems and strong leadership. The sole area of concern was incomplete pre-employment checks with previous health and social care employers, for which a recommendation was made and immediate remedial action taken by the registered manager.
