   Clayfields Business Centre, a domiciliary care agency in Doncaster supporting around 80 people, was rated Good overall following a focused inspection of safe and well-led in October 2022. The provider had successfully remediated prior breaches of Regulations 12 and 17, demonstrating improved medicines management, governance, and record-keeping since the previous Requires Improvement rating in 2019.

   Strengths

   • · Medicines management improved since last inspection; all staff trained and competency assessed, no longer in breach of Regulation 12
   • · Person-centred, detailed risk assessments reviewed regularly and informed by external healthcare professionals
   • · Safe recruitment practices including references and DBS checks; staff had sufficient time to support people
   • · Governance and records significantly improved; audits completed regularly, records up to date on online system, no longer in breach of Regulation 17
