This inspection took place during the dates 12th January 2026 to 6th February 2026. There was a registered manager in post at the time of our inspection. A registered manager is person who has registered with the Care Quality Commission to manage the service. There was a lead inspector, a regulatory coordinator, and an expert by experience carrying out the inspection. An Expert by Experience is a person who has personal experience of using or caring for someone who uses this type of care service. Aventus Care Support Ltd provides personal care support to people that have learning disabilities. People had complex needs which impacted on their ability to communicate. At the time of the inspection 4 people were being supported with regulated activity. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people the respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. People who had Aventus Care Ltd support were treated with kindness and compassion. Staff protected their privacy and dignity. They treated them as individuals and supported their preferences. People had choice in their care and were encouraged to maintain relationships with family and friends. Staff responded to people in a timely way. People were involved in assessments of their needs. Staff reviewed assessments with them, taking account of people’s communication, personal and health needs. Care was based on latest evidence and good practice. People had enough to eat and drink to stay healthy. Staff worked with all agencies involved in people’s care for the best outcomes. They monitored people’s health to support healthy living. Staff made sure people understood their care and treatment to enable them to give informed consent. People were involved in planning their care. Staff provided information people could understand. Relatives knew how to give feedback and were confident the provider took it seriously and acted on it. The service was easy to access and worked to eliminate discrimination. People received fair and equal care and treatment. Staff worked to reduce health and care inequalities through training and feedback. Leaders were visible, knowledgeable and supportive. Staff felt supported to give feedback and were treated equally. They understood their roles and responsibilities

All other key questions were rated Good, reflecting strong person-centred care, effective medicines management, skilled and well-supported staff, and accessible leadership.
