Caremark (Broxtowe & Erewash) received an overall rating of Requires Improvement at its December 2023 inspection, with regulatory breaches identified for failing to ensure staff completed mandatory learning disability and autism training (Regulation 18) and for inadequate governance systems that failed to identify gaps in care records and incomplete mental capacity assessments (Regulation 17). The service was rated Good for safe, with strong medicines management, safeguarding and infection control, while caring and responsive ratings were carried forward as Good from the previous 2018 inspection.
