   Bridgewater House, a small domiciliary care agency supporting 13 people, was rated Good overall following a focused inspection prompted by whistleblowing concerns, with no evidence of harm found. Safe, responsive and well-led were each rated Good, supported by thorough risk management, safe medicines practice, person-centred care planning and effective quality monitoring.

   Strengths

   • · People felt safe and were protected from avoidable harm with thorough risk assessments and management plans in place
   • · Medicines were administered safely and as prescribed; staff received training and competency assessments
   • · Electronic monitoring system tracked staff attendance and lateness in real time; no missed visits in the last year
