Date of assessment: 1 December 2025 to 9 February 2026. Future Care Enable Ltd is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to people living in their own homes, including children, and adults with complex care needs including dementia, physical disabilities and learning disabilities. At the time of inspection 4 people were receiving care and support from the agency. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed autistic people and people with a learning disability respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. At the time of the assessment, the service was not supporting any autistic people or people with a learning disability, but the provider had regard to ‘Right support, right care, right culture’. This assessment was comprehensive covering all the quality statements. The provider was in breach of the legal regulations relating to safety and the governance of the service. The provider did not effectively assess risks to people’s health and safety, as care plans and risk assessments in place for people were not always accurate. Staff did not always have consistent guidance to ensure people were supported safely. For those who received support with medicines, measures were not always in place to ensure medicines such as prescribed creams were safely managed. The governance systems in place at the service were not effective in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring action was taken to improve the service. Staff understood their responsibilities in relation to safeguarding. Staff had received all the training required to ensure they were able to carry out their roles. People were involved in assessments of their needs. Staff made sure people understood their care and treatment to enable them to give informed consent. People were treated with kindness and compassion. Staff protected their privacy and dignity. They treated them as individuals and supported their preferences.
