Apollo Care (North) Liverpool received a Good rating across all five key questions at its first CQC inspection in December 2017, with people and families consistently praising the reliability, kindness and personalised approach of staff. The service demonstrated strong governance, a culture of continuous improvement, and only one minor medication recording omission which had already been identified and addressed internally.
