· People were actively involved in planning and reviewing their care, with annual reviews and regular house meetings
· The registered manager was accessible, visited people regularly, and maintained a service improvement plan

The service demonstrated strong person-centred care, effective leadership, robust safeguarding practices, and comprehensive staff training for its five supported living residents with learning disabilities or autism.
Strengths
· Relatives felt people were safe and staff escalated concerns appropriately; safeguarding referrals made to relevant authorities when required.
· Medicines administered appropriately with competency checks every three to four weeks and random spot checks in place.
· Staff received effective induction, regular supervision, annual appraisals, and comprehensive hands-on training including condition-specific training.
· Care plans were person-centred, reflecting individual cultural, religious, and communication needs including communication passports.
· People were actively supported to develop independence, with goals around work, training, and volunteering included in care plans.
