Cherish UK Ltd improved from Requires Improvement (May 2018) to an overall rating of Good, with an Outstanding rating for Responsive, driven by exceptional community engagement activities funded through the Cherish Life Foundation and numerous examples of staff exceeding expectations to support people's hobbies and interests. Minor concerns were noted around occasional late staff visits, but all other areas including safety, staffing, governance and person-centred care were found to be consistently good.
