   This focused inspection of Nightingales Community Care Limited reviewed only the Safe and Well-Led key questions, both rated Good, maintaining the overall Good rating from the previous 2017 inspection. No evidence of harm was found; the service demonstrated effective safeguarding, medicines management, risk assessment, and governance processes.

   Strengths

   • · People and relatives described staff as 'efficient', 'caring' and 'friendly', with one stating 'I couldn't manage without them. They are gentle, caring and compassionate.'
   • · Medicines were safely administered by trained and competent staff with regular audits and checks in place.
   • · Effective incident review systems to check appropriate action and identify learning.
   • · Staff understood whistleblowing procedures and felt confident to raise concerns.
   • · Manager and staff understood and acted on duty of candour; statutory notifications submitted in a timely way.
