   safe: Goodwell-led: Requires improvement

   Salisbury Support Services, a supported living provider for people with learning disabilities and autism, retained an overall Good rating following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-Led only. While care delivery was safe and person-centred, Well-Led was downgraded to Requires Improvement due to insufficient provider oversight and failure to identify practices inconsistent with supported living standards.
