This focused inspection of Voyage (DCA) West Midlands rated both Safe and Well-led as Good, maintaining the service's overall Good rating. Minor concerns were noted around inconsistent communication with some relatives and isolated staffing queries, but the provider was responsive to these issues during the inspection.

Strengths
· People were safeguarded from abuse and staff understood how to recognise and report signs of abuse.
· Risks were assessed and management plans were in place, reviewed monthly or sooner if things changed.
· People received their medicines as prescribed and medicines administration records were checked daily.
· Safe recruitment practices were in place including DBS checks for all staff.
· A weekly incident clinic reviewed all incidents and shared learning with staff.
