Date of assessment 6 August 2025 Bluebird Care (Hillingdon) is a domiciliary care agency. It provides personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of our assessment, 70 people were receiving support with personal care. The service provides support for both younger and older adults. Medicines were managed safely and administered as prescribed. The provider had appropriate recruitment processes to enable them to identify suitable staff. Staff completed a range of training and had regular supervision and team meetings. Staff said they felt supported by the registered manager and senior staff. Risk assessment and management plans had been completed to give staff guidance on how to provide safe and appropriate care. The provider undertook assessments to ensure people could make informed decisions about their care. Following incident and complaint investigations any lessons learned to reduce risk were discussed with staff. The provider had a number of quality assurance and audit checks to monitor the care being provided.
